With fuel shortages contributing to ongoing cost of living pressures, many Australians are experiencing anxiety and uncertainty.

Beyond Blue is encouraging those who are struggling to contact its free, 24/7 Beyond Blue Support Service, on 1300 22 4636.

It is also linking people to the National Debt Helpline, and offering support to small businesses.

Beyond Blue Clinical Psychologist, Dr Luke Martin advises Australians to focus on what’s needed today or this week, rather than trying to solve what might happen months from now.
