Hundreds of locally run Meals on Wheels service outlets are feeling the impact of the fuel crisis.

Meals on Wheels Australia represents the hundreds of independently run local non-profit service outlets which operate throughout the nation.

Thirty five thousand Australians volunteer for the service.
